Everstone Developments is a Charlotte-based industrial tech firm dedicated solely to modernizing the US textile and apparel manufacturing sector through the CLYR system.
Founded by a collective of former aerospace robotics engineers and veteran textile manufacturing directors, Everstone Developments was established to address a critical gap in the US industrial supply chain: the massive technological deficit in sewing factory automation.
While standard warehousing and logistics saw rapid adoption of autonomous systems over the past decade, intricate garment assembly remained heavily reliant on manual human dexterity. The challenge wasn't just moving fabric; it was dynamically adjusting to the physical properties of textiles—stretch, tension, and slip—in real-time.
After three years of stealth R&D, we launched the initial version of what would become our flagship technology: The CLYR System. By combining high-frequency optical sensors with proprietary machine-learning algorithms (the CLYR Vision AI), we created a hardware and software ecosystem capable of replicating and surpassing human precision in repetitive stitching tasks.
Everstone Developments is incorporated in North Carolina. Initial schematic designs for the first automated tension-control module are drafted by our lead robotics team.
Before full robotics, we successfully deployed the CLYR Edge Node—an IoT retrofit device that allowed legacy sewing machines to report real-time operational data to a centralized server.
Official release of the CLYR AutoStitch Pro and CLYR Flow Manager. We successfully implemented the first fully integrated automated line at a major US denim manufacturing facility, achieving a 40% efficiency gain within the first quarter of deployment.
Based in our Charlotte, NC headquarters, our leadership team bridges the gap between complex robotics and practical factory floor realities.
