Everstone Developments provides highly specialized, heavy industrial robotics and enterprise servers. As such, standard consumer shipping and return policies do not apply. Please review the following B2B logistics and warranty protocols.
1. Freight & Logistics
Due to the sensitive calibration and physical dimensions of CLYR hardware (such as the AutoStitch Pro and Precision Fabric Feeder), all domestic US deliveries are handled via specialized, insured LTL (Less Than Truckload) commercial freight carriers.
- Lead Times: Standard hardware modules require a 4-6 week lead time from the signing of the procurement contract to dispatch, allowing for custom firmware flashing and factory floor calibration.
- Delivery Terms: We operate strictly on FOB Destination terms for clients within the continental US. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon secured delivery and acceptance sign-off at the buyer's facility.
- Installation Crew: An Everstone Developments certified engineering team will arrive within 48 hours of hardware delivery to lead the physical installation and networking integration. Attempting to uncrate and install complex robotics without our engineers voids the warranty immediately.
2. B2B Returns & Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Because the CLYR system is built-to-order and heavily integrated into your specific manufacturing software ecosystem, we do not accept general "change of mind" returns.
- Evaluation Period: Select enterprise contracts may include a 90-day pilot Evaluation Period for a single CLYR module. Conditions of return during this period are negotiated on a per-contract basis.
- Defective on Arrival (DOA): If hardware is damaged during transit or fails initial calibration tests upon installation, Everstone Developments will expedite replacement modules at zero cost to the client.
- SLA Response Times: For critical system down events involving the CLYR Flow Manager or core robotics, our B2B Service Level Agreement guarantees a response time of under 4 hours, and an on-site technician dispatch (if hardware failure is confirmed) within 24 hours inside the continental United States.
3. Hardware Warranty
We stand behind the robust engineering of our apparel automation technology.
The standard Everstone Developments Industrial Warranty covers the CLYR AutoStitch Pro, Edge Nodes, and Vision QC systems for a period of Three (3) Years from the date of final installation.
- The warranty covers all brushless servo motors, structural steel/aluminum components, optical sensor arrays, and embedded circuitry against manufacturing defects or premature wear under normal operational factory bounds (up to continuous 16-hour daily shifts).
- Consumables, such as standardized sewing needles, tension plates, and specific drive belts, are excluded from the 3-year warranty but are supported under standard maintenance contracts.
- Void Conditions: Using the equipment outside recommended environmental specs (e.g., extreme humidity without the tropicalization package), employing third-party uncertified repair technicians, or failing to install critical firmware updates pushed by the CLYR server will void the hardware warranty.
